Your 9-day On the Road Driving Vacation begins with an evening in Boston prior to heading up the coast to
Portland, Maine the next day. Before crossing the border into Maine, stop in Salem to learn about the famous witch
trials of 1692. From Portland, drive to Bar Harbor for a two-night stay. Stroll down West Street, take a cruise to
spot wildlife, or explore Acadia National Park. Next, travel west to New Hampshire and the beautiful White Mountains.
While there, take a train ride up the side of Mount Washington for an unforgettable experience. Cross the border into
Vermont and enjoy the Green Mountains as you venture into Stowe. Along the way you'll find picnic and
swimming areas, shopping, or you can take a tour of the famous Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream factory. Drive south to
Massachusetts and the gentle Berkshire Hills. Spend time visiting the Hancock Shaker Village, a restored
19th-century settlement, and Lenox, summer home of the Boston Symphony, before heading back to Boston where your
trip is complete. Available October 20th to October 30th
